Online Marketing Specialist GR

We're Hedepy, an online platform on a mission to make mental health care easier to reach through technology. In 2025, over 300,000 therapy sessions happened through our platform, and our vision is to make psychological support available to as many people as possible. Greece is one of our most important markets, and one where we have real room to grow. There's plenty happening here: influencer collaborations, social, brand activations, localized campaigns. That's why we're looking for someone to take a chunk of that agenda and own it. You'll report directly to our Local CMO for PL/GR/LT/SI market, Caro, and run the Greek market work with her. You'll also be part of an international marketing team (15 people). Co budeš dělat Influencers and social media (40%) - Finding the right voices in the Greek mental health space, running collaborations end to end, and keeping our social content strong and consistent. Localising acquisition marketing (30%) - Taking what we run across markets and making it land in Greece: ad assets, landing page copy, mailings, SEO headlines. Localisation, not translation, so it reads like it was written for a Greek audience. Data and strategy (30%) - Reading the dashboards, understanding why a campaign works or stalls, and turning that into a clear point of view. We care most about the long game here: share of search, CPA, and whether the brand is actually growing. Must-have: Native-level Greek (C2) with strong copywriting and editing skills, plus English at B2 level . 3+ years of experience in digital marketing , social media management, or influencer coordination. You can read performance dashboard s and work with metrics like CTR, CPA, and conversion rate to evaluate what's working and what isn't. A track record of independently leading a project from idea to launch , whether a campaign, a collaboration, or a local brand activation. Active use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or similar) as a normal part of your workflow, for copywriting, brainstorming, research, or reporting. We'll ask about this concretely. Nice to have: Basic SEO knowledge Deeper data literacy around performance channels Basic skills with tools like Canva, Figma, or CapCut for quick, minor visual edits Experience in a sensitive or regulated field (healthcare, mental health, fintech) Remote-first culture, you can work from anywhere 2 free therapy sessions per month through our Hedepy platform :) Work in an international team with colleagues from 10 different countries A company-wide offsite is coming up in September, will we see you there? 🫶
