Junior Procurement Specialist, JR624

ELEKS is looking for a Junior Procurement Specialist in Lviv, Ivano-Frankivsk, Ternopil, Kyiv or in Poland. In this role, you will support procurement operations across ELEKS offices in Ukraine and Europe, working closely with internal stakeholders and suppliers to ensure smooth and efficient Procure-to-Pay processes. REQUIREMENTS Up to 2 years of experience in Procurement, Purchasing, P2P, Accounts Payable, Finance Operations, or Administrative Support Understanding of procurement or Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Good communication skills and willingness to collaborate with international teams Languages: Intermediate+ English; Polish NICE TO HAVE Experience with Workday, Jira, or other ERP/procurement systems Experience working with purchase orders, invoices, or supplier documentation Croatian or Spanish language skills RESPONSIBILITIES Process purchase requisitions and create purchase orders Support the end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process Review and process supplier invoices Coordinate procurement requests with internal stakeholders and Finance Track procurement requests and ensure timely processing according to SLA Maintain procurement, software license, and IT asset documentation Prepare reports and support internal/external audits WHAT YOU WILL GET WITH ELEKS Challenging tasks Competence development Team of professionals Dynamic environment with low level of bureaucracy ABOUT ELEKS ELEKS is a custom software development company.
