Senior Microsoft 365 Consultant (f/m/x)

We are looking for a Senior Microsoft 365 Consultant to join our team and contribute to the delivery of innovative solutions in a remote environment. You will work closely with clients to ensure that their needs are met and that they receive the highest quality service. Your tasks

• Ensuring customer satisfaction by being detail-oriented and value-focused in all interactions
• Holding oneself accountable for delivering high-quality results across all projects
• Identifying opportunities and threats to project success and engaging relevant stakeholders to address them
• Communicating effectively with both customers and internal stakeholders, demonstrating active listening and emotional intelligence
• Collaborating with team members and driving decision-making to avoid unnecessary delays
• Breaking down complex business requirements into manageable user stories and tasks
• Conducting gap analysis between D365 capabilities and existing business processes, recommending solutions to close gaps
• Performing quality assurance to verify that delivered solutions meet documented requirements

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a consultative or advisory role
• Deep understanding of deploying and configuring D365 solutions, including Sales, Customer Service, and Field Service
• Demonstrable experience in configuring D365 solutions to meet specific requirements while maintaining high-quality standards
• Experience in mapping business processes against D365 capabilities and identifying gaps
• Proficiency in configuring complex Power Automate Flows, including error trapping and reporting
• Strong understanding of Waterfall and Agile methodologies, with experience using Azure DevOps for project management
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present effectively to customers and articulate messages clearly
• Fluent English
• Tax residence in Ukraine required

Nice-to-have requirements

• Experience in customer communication
• Knowledge of the Prosci ADKAR model and Organizational Change Management concepts
• Ability to mentor and coach colleagues to help them excel
• Familiarity with Success by Design and Catalyst frameworks
