We're hiring a junior product and content marketer with a sharp eye: someone who makes what we sell easy to understand, and makes it look good.
THE ROLE AT A GLANCE
• Commitment: full time
• Engagement: contract, with a review together at three months
• Location: remote, based in Romania, with occasional travel to our events in London
• Start: as soon as possible, ideally in time for Event Tech Live in November
• Day to day: you work with our Growth Marketer, who runs data, the CRM, outbound and automation
• Supervised by: Rishabh Lohia, Chief Commercial Officer & Co-founder, and Maanas Mediratta, CEO & Co-founder, with a weekly review
• Fee: let's discuss on our first call
ABOUT BRIDGED
Bridged is an event growth platform. We help event organisers and media businesses get more out of every event. No app to download, no stack to replace. Visitors are activated, converted and matched on the channels they already use: WhatsApp, email and the web.
We sell three Goals:
• Activation. Bring back the audience you already paid for. We reactivated 7,000+ past registrations for Terrapinn.
• Web Conversion. Turn the website traffic you already pay for into registrations.
• Connections. Make the meetings worth the ticket, before the event and on the day.
We work with organisers running exhibitions, conferences and awards, including Informa and Terrapinn.
WHY THIS ROLE EXISTS
Most of our first conversations happen at events. What we put out around them, the product story, the newsletter, the case studies, LinkedIn, decides whether those conversations turn into meetings.
Right now the founders write most of it. We want someone who learns how we sell, then makes it clearer, faster and better looking than we can.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
Four areas. You'll work on them day to day with our Growth Marketer, and the founders review the work each week.
• Product marketing. Turn each workflow into something a buyer understands in a minute: a product page, a one pager and a short demo walkthrough. Keep our product names, proof points and case studies in one place so sales always uses the latest. Listen to our sales calls and keep a bank of the questions and objections buyers raise. When we ship something new, write the release note, update the website copy and brief the team.
• Event marketing. For every event on our calendar: the pre-event posts, the stand one pager, and follow up content for the people we met, the people who registered and the people who didn't show up.
• Content. The 363, our fortnightly newsletter written by Bree, our hedgehog. The Event Handbook for the AI Era, turned into a series. The Bridged company page on LinkedIn. Most of this already runs on Claude skills we've built. You bring the ideas and the quality bar.
• Proof. When a client signs off a case study, turn it into a one pager, a carousel and a newsletter story, and make sure sales uses it.
The founders make the final call on positioning. You help us find the words, and make them land.
WHAT THIS ROLE ISN'T
• Not data or marketing ops. Lists, the CRM, sequences and automation sit with our Growth Marketer. You'll work side by side.
• Not just social media. The company page is one part of the job.
• Not SEO or search visibility. That's a separate brief.
• Not a senior role. We'll teach you how we sell, and give you more as you show you can carry it.
WHO YOU ARE
You have an eye. You notice when a page is cluttered, a headline is weak or a number is wrong, and you fix it before anyone asks. You're curious about how products work and why people buy them.
You'll likely have:
• One to two years in B2B marketing, in house or at an agency. Strong internships count.
• Clear, short writing in English, and the range to write in a voice that isn't yours. Bree is a hedgehog, and she has opinions :)
• The habit of making things look right in Canva or Gamma, working from a brand kit
• Comfort listening to sales calls and pulling out what matters
• Daily use of AI tools, Claude included, and good judgement about when not to
• Good organisation. Recurring deadlines, like a fortnightly newsletter, don't slip.
It helps if you've had:
• Exposure to SaaS or events: exhibitions, conferences or awards
• Something of your own to show: a newsletter, a blog, a side project
HOW WE WORK
We're small and we move quickly. You'll work day to day with our Growth Marketer, join sales calls when it helps, and have access to every call recording, our CRM and our case studies from day one. The founders review your work every week. Most of our work runs through Asana, Hubspot and Claude.
HOW TO APPLY
Apply here, then answer three short questions on our application form: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSdmqjd8-uc95YRNFIEFXboqddrAZuzSswZ619iNzyCU4ozoxw/viewform.
We only review applications that include the form.
Keep to the word limits, and start your first answer with the name of our hedgehog.
Look forward to hearing from you :)
