Position Summary:
Changeis, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and adaptable Junior Program Analyst to support our software development and operational delivery teams. This dual-function role is split evenly (50/50) between program financial tracking/inventory administration and Jira/Atlassian environment support.
The ideal candidate brings strong organization, entry-level familiarity with financial tracking, and a passion for technology systems administration.
Responsibilities:
1. Program Financial & Logistics Support (50%)
- Purchase Requisitions (PRs): Assist with drafting, submitting, and tracking purchase requisitions through approval workflows.
- Financial Reconciliation: Reconcile monthly program expenditures against baseline budgets, verifying invoices, expense logs, and vendor charges.
- Inventory Tracking: Maintain hardware, software license, and equipment inventory records, ensuring accurate lifecycle tracking and asset allocation.
- Reporting: Prepare routine financial tracking sheets and monthly expenditure summaries for project leadership.
2. Atlassian Suite & Help Desk Administration (50%)
- Jira & Confluence Support: Assist with user onboarding/offboarding, permission updates, space maintenance, and board configurations across company Jira and Confluence instances.
- Tier 1/2 Help Desk Support: Serve as the first line of support for team members experiencing issues with Atlassian workflows, ticket routing, field configurations, or account access.
- System Hygiene & Documentation: Perform periodic backlog cleanup, remove duplicate tickets, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for internal tooling.
- Process Automation: Assist senior analysts in building standard Jira workflows, automated rules, and dashboard gadgets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, basic formulas) for financial and inventory reconciliation.
- Hands-on familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar ticketing/Agile project management platforms.
- Strong technical troubleshooting and user customer service skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to handle multi-disciplinary priorities.
- Excellent written, verbal, and diagrammatic communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to interface effectively and collaborate with clients, peers, and management to develop solutions and ensure stakeholder buy-in.
