Junior Project Manager

ITNX FZE is searching on behalf of an international advisory firm delivering major infrastructure projects worldwide.

We are looking for an engineering graduate or early-career engineer interested in developing a career in Project Management within the infrastructure and engineering sector.

📍 Location: Remote

🕒 Employment: Full-time (~40 hours per week)

📅 Contract: 12-month initial contract (extendable)

🚀 Expected Start: November 2026

🌍 Working Hours: Flexible across international time zones

About the Role

You will work alongside experienced project leaders on major international infrastructure projects, gaining practical exposure to project planning, coordination, monitoring, reporting and project management practices.

Who We're Looking For

Essential Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (any discipline).
• 0–3 years of professional experience after graduation.
• Strong interest in infrastructure and engineering project management.
• Good analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, particularly for project tracking, budgets, schedules and reporting.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft 365.

Preferred (Not Mandatory):

• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.
• Knowledge or experience of Microsoft Project.
• Familiarity with SharePoint and PowerPoint.
• Exposure to project planning, scheduling, coordination or reporting.

Important: PMP certification is an advantage but is not a mandatory requirement. Candidates with the right engineering background, aptitude and willingness to develop their project management skills are encouraged to apply.

Important Eligibility Note

This position is specifically intended for candidates with an Engineering academic background who wish to pursue project management careers in the infrastructure and engineering sector.

Applications from IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Software Development and general IT-related backgrounds are outside the scope of this recruitment.
