  • Coordinate stakeholders across People Services, HR, payroll, systems, data and other business teams.
  • Help ensure that project reporting is supported by accurate, reliable and appropriately presented data.
  • Contribute to process mapping, guidance, standard operating procedures and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to work with a range of stakeholders.
  • A collaborative, proactive and adaptable approach.
  • Sound analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience supporting projects, change initiatives, process improvement or operational delivery.
  • Confidence using Microsoft 365 applications, particularly Excel.

Desirable

  • Experience working in an HR, People Services or payroll environment.
  • An understanding of HR or payroll processes.
  • Experience creating or improving processes, guidance or standard operating procedures.
  • Familiarity with HR information systems or enterprise systems, such as SAP or SuccessFactors.
  • A degree or project-management qualification, or an interest in working towards a recognised professional qualification.
We welcome applications from a diverse range of candidates.
If you have most but not all of these skills and experiences, we encourage you to apply. We may be able to offer development and training to support your growth.
