YOUR ROLE

In this role, you will help organisations shape and deliver HR transformation programmes enabled by digital technologies, leveraging SAP SuccessFactors and the broader HR technology landscape. Working with senior HR, business, and technology stakeholders, you will support the definition of HR strategies, operating models, workforce transformation initiatives, and technology roadmaps that drive measurable business value.

You will bring a combination of HR transformation expertise, HR technology experience, and consulting capability to help clients address complex people and organisational challenges. Depending on client needs, you will flex across strategic advisory engagements, transformation programmes, and HR technology delivery initiatives, acting as a trusted advisor and delivery leader throughout the transformation lifecycle.

In this role you will play a key role in

  • Managing end-to-end delivery of HR transformation projects, ensuring quality, timelines, and client satisfaction.
  • Working with senior stakeholders to define HR technology strategies, operating models, and transformation roadmaps.
  • Provide deep knowledge of SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Employee Central, Payroll, Talent, Learning, Compensation) and integration approaches and guiding solution design and configuration to meet client requirements.
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to HR and IT leadership, ensuring alignment between technology and business objectives.
  • Overseeing delivery teams, manage timelines, budgets, and quality assurance.
  • Managing workstreams across functional design, governance, data, reporting, testing, change management and deployment readiness activities.

  • Leading and supporting the delivery of HR transformation and HR technology programmes, balancing advisory, functional, and implementation responsibilities based on client needs.
  • Contributing to business development activities, including client discussions, proposals, RFP responses, thought leadership, and account growth opportunities.
  • Coaching and developing project teams while fostering collaboration, capability development, and delivery excellence across engagements.

As part of your role you will also have the opportunity to contribute to the business and your own personal growth, through activities that form part of the following categories

  • Business Development – Leading/contributing to proposals, RFPs, bids, proposition development, client pitch contribution, client hosting at events.
  • Internal contribution – Campaign development, internal think-tanks, whitepapers, practice development (operations, recruitment, team events & activities), offering development.
  • Learning & development – Training to support your career development and the skills demand within the company, certifications etc.

YOUR PROFILE

  • 8+ years' experience in HR Transformation, HR Technology, and SuccessFactors-enabled programmes.
  • Proven experience leading complex transformation engagements and managing senior client stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end HR processes, operating models, and digital HR solutions.
  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors and supporting HR technology strategy, design, and delivery.
  • SuccessFactors Employee Central and/or Employee Central Payroll experience, particularly in UK&I, is desirable.
  • Strong consulting, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to balance advisory, transformation, and delivery responsibilities.
  • Proven leadership skills, including coaching teams and driving collaboration.
  • Passion for HR transformation, innovation, and technology-enabled change.
  • Consulting experience with the ability to operate effectively in complex, matrixed environments.
