Junior Recruiter (Remote) - English & Chinese speaking

The Role

As a Junior Recruiter, you will support the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews and building long-term talent pipelines. You will work closely with senior consultants and clients, and you will have room to grow into a full recruitment consultant role.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and online communities (Boolean search, X-Ray searching, and talent mapping)
• Screen CVs and conduct initial phone or video screening interviews
• Coordinate interview schedules and keep candidates and hiring managers informed throughout the process
• Write and post compelling job descriptions across LinkedIn and other channels
• Build and maintain candidate databases and talent pools in our ATS and spreadsheets
• Track pipeline metrics such as sourcing volume, response rates, and time-to-hire
• Support client communication and submit candidate profiles with clear, concise summaries
• Contribute ideas to improve sourcing workflows, using tools and automation where possible

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in recruitment, HR, talent acquisition, or a related field (internships count)
• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter or advanced LinkedIn search techniques is a strong plus
• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple requests at once
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting
• Basic comfort with spreadsheets (Google Sheets or Excel) and digital tools
• Interest in technology, automation, or AI tools applied to HR is a big advantage
