Junior Recruitment Analyst (German Speaking)

What You’ll Be Doing - Learn candidate sourcing, market mapping, and research techniques - Work on live projects from day one with support from senior consultants - Help build pipelines of high-quality tech candidates across Europe - Develop your own market knowledge and recruitment toolkit - Progress to Associate Consultant typically within 6 months What We’re Looking For - Fluent in German + confident English skills - Degree or equivalent experience - Curious, proactive, and eager to learn - Great communicator and team player What You’ll Get - Full onboarding and personalised training - Live KPIs based on your own ratios and growth curve - 28 days holiday + bank holidays - Home office flexibility and early Friday finishes - Company trips, events, and strong peer support
