Junior Recruitment Consultant

Role Responsibilities: Coordinate hiring activities with internal and external stakeholders Participate in client weekly touchpoint meetings Continuous monitoring of ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and all application sites ensuring accuracy Completing applicant resume screening Completion of initial phone screens ensuring thorough candidate vetting Scheduling and coordination of interviews with clients, and supporting coordinating calendars for all hiring teams and candidates Accurate data entry for industrial recruiting software Troubleshoot and resolve issues where necessary (e.g. interview cancellations or re-booking requests) Coordination of reference checks Maintains quality service by following the organization's vision, mission and values Role Requirements: Completed or working towards a diploma, degree or certificate in Human Resources and/or related program Previous experience in recruiting, screening or other related role is considered an asset Familiarity with hiring practices and stages (screening, interview, assessment, onboarding) is considered an asset Experience using recruiting software and social networks for recruiting Experienced in using Google Suites and/or related software Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong organizational and time management skills Extremely detail-oriented Outstanding communication skills and problem solving ability Ability to work in a remote work environment Compensation: A competitive compensation and benefits plan to accompany the successful applicant.
