Junior Recruitment Executive

Start Monday has grown very quickly since we launched just a couple of months ago. We have become a recognisable and successful recruitment brand within the Irish Automotive sector. We are now looking for a self-motivated and driven individual to help grow our company and become an integral part of our expanding team. There is the potential to make significant commission, in addition to a competitive base salary. You can work remotely.

The Role:

• Managing a number of key accounts around the country;
• Sourcing candidates through targeted online advertising;
• Managing inbound leads efficiently - following up in a timely manner;
• Supporting other team members (setting up new accounts, appointments, sending documents etc)
• Managing the CRM system seamlessly;
• In constant communication with clients;
• Meeting and following up with clients;
• Creating online ads;
• Updating the website;
• Supporting the rest of the team

Who we'd love:

• Previous successful recruitment experience;
• A LinkedIn genius;
• Strong background in social media advertising;
• Ability to think on your feet and react quickly and confidently;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Fantastic organisational skills - admin work is involved;
• Professional, presentable and confident individual - you will be meeting clients regularly;
• Technical aptitude (to master our CRM tool);
• A keen eye for design - strong understanding of Wordpress and design tools (Photoshop, Canva etc)
