Job Title: Affiliate Marketing Specialist Location: Remote KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Manage, monitor, and optimize affiliate marketing programs. Analyze performance reports, measure success, and provide actionable insights for improvement. Address affiliate inquiries and resolve issues with a solution-oriented approach. Coordinate with internal teams and collaborate with other departments to enhance marketing efforts. Utilize affiliate platforms and tools to track and optimize program performance. Develop and implement affiliate marketing campaigns aligned with digital marketing strategies. Identify and recruit new affiliate partners while strengthening existing relationships. QUALIFICATIONS Required: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication and Design, Administrative Sciences, or a related discipline. Minimum 4 years of experience in digital marketing and affiliate program management. Analytical mindset with excellent reporting capabilities. Goal-oriented and results-driven approach to work. Advanced proficiency in English (additional language skills are a plus). Proactive, solution-focused, and innovative mindset. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to work in a team-oriented environment. Knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Preferred: Previous experience in the e-commerce, technology or performance marketing industry. Understanding of data-driven marketing and performance analytics tools. Passion for digital marketing and emerging trends in the affiliate space. Ability to adapt to fast-paced and dynamic work environments. Familiarity with affiliate marketing software and tracking platforms.
