In this role, you'll transform market insights into impactful trade strategies that connect with shoppers, support customer priorities, and strengthen our presence across retail channels. Together with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams, you'll ensure our small domestic appliances stand out across every retail environment. The impact you’ll make: Develop and execute the trade marketing strategy across key product categories to drive sustainable business growth Lead the planning and execution of trade marketing and in-store visibility initiatives, including promotional campaigns, merchandising, branded displays, demo units, and point-of-sale materials to strengthen retail execution and shopper engagement Develop and manage the national promotional calendar, ensuring alignment with marketing priorities and commercial objectives to maximise sell-out performance Guide the Field Sales organisation by setting commercial priorities, defining targets, managing incentive programmes, and driving campaign execution Own the trade marketing budget, ensuring effective investment allocation, ROI optimisation, and performance tracking through data-driven insights Analyse trade and category performance using key business metrics, identifying opportunities to optimise execution and accelerate growth Partner closely with Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, and global teams to ensure seamless execution of commercial and trade marketing plans The skills and knowledge you’ll bring: Bachelor’s degree in relevant departments 5 years of experience in trade marketing, shopper marketing, or commercial excellence in B2C environment; ideally with a FMCG/consumer goods and/or consumer electronics background Solid knowledge in in-store execution, managing promotional calendars and trade partnerships Proficient in Microsoft Office, with solid Excel and PowerPoint skills Fluent English, in both spoken and written language Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making Excellent organizational, teamwork, and communication skills What we’ll give you in return: Competitive base salary | benchmarked against global industry and market leaders Hybrid working model | effectively combining working from the office & home, depending on team dynamics and business needs Annual incentive program | reflecting your contributions Meal & Mobile allowance | ensures a greater flexibility, convenience, and support for individual preferences Car & fuel benefit| supports your commute and business connectivity Insurance benefits | very comprehensive medical coverage including family and life/accident insurance for every employee's peace of mind Recognition Program | awards/rewards for employees who dare to win with a growth environment Reduced working hours | enjoy short Fridays during the summer period Product discounts | on all Versuni products which are sold under the Philips brand and our other brands An office that feels like home | easily accessible and modern office location in Istanbul with lots of tasty lunch choices around Ready to make an impact?
