Join us in developing tomorrow's energy solutions!

The demand for energy is growing. Industries are electrifying, new data centers are being built, and energy infrastructure is being upgraded to meet future needs. Solving these challenges requires smarter solutions.

We are now looking for a Junior Sales Engineer who wants to be part of this journey.

About the position

As a Junior Sales Engineer, you will work at the intersection of technology, customer collaboration, and project development. You will be involved in the early phases of projects, helping to understand customer needs, identify and develop technical solutions together with our experts across our Nordic organization.

This role offers a unique opportunity to gain insight into the energy industry, customer needs, and project development. Through close cooperation with customers, engineers, and project teams, you will build a strong foundation for your future career.

Your main responsibilities

  • Support our Sales team with a variety of sales tasks

  • Participate in customer discussions within the energy and industrial sectors

  • Analyze technical inquiries and specifications

  • Develop solution proposals together with VEO's engineering teams

  • Prepare quotations, cost calculations, and technical documentation together with the Sales team

  • Participate in technical meetings and clarifications

  • Support a smooth transition from the sales phase to project execution

About you

You have a B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

We believe this role is particularly suitable for someone who combines a strong technical education with practical experience. Experience from industry, installation, operations, or maintenance is considered an advantage, as is a background as an electrician or automation technician.

Most importantly, you are curious, eager to learn, and motivated to understand both technology and customer needs. You will receive support from experienced colleagues, a dedicated mentor, and opportunities to visit customer sites as well as our own manufacturing facilities to see how our solutions work in practice.

To succeed in this role you are fluent in English and Swedish, both written and spoken. Finnish or Norwegian language skills are an advantage.

Why join VEO?

At VEO, you will work closely with experienced specialists, take responsibility early in your career, and develop in a collaborative environment built on knowledge sharing and continuous learning.

In addition to becoming part of our community, we offer comprehensive employee benefits, opportunities for professional development and the possibility to grow within the company. We work in a hybrid model and support flexibility in balancing work and personal life.

Please submit your application by 8.11.2026. We will begin reviewing applications and conducting interviews during the application period, so we encourage interested applicants to apply without delay.
