Junior Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer

We're seeking a Junior Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer who is enthusiastic about developing their expertise in creating, architecting, and implementing digital marketing solutions on the Salesforce platform.

Responsibilities

• Help construct and implement digital marketing solutions through the Salesforce platform
• Assist in leveraging Salesforce Marketing Cloud to deliver impactful solutions
• Contribute to building functionalities using fundamental Apex programming
• Create and maintain basic SOQL queries for data retrieval
• Assist with data management and integration activities in Salesforce
• Utilize core analytical skills to assist with resolving technical problems
• Maintain clear communication with colleagues across both technical and business areas
• Bring a proactive, team-oriented mindset to continuous on-the-job learning

Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year working with Salesforce-based digital marketing solutions
• Hands-on familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Core understanding of Apex development within Salesforce
• Basic comprehension of SOQL for data querying in Salesforce
• Some exposure to Salesforce data management and integration processes
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
• Effective communication abilities for liaising with technical and business stakeholders
• An eagerness to learn, work collaboratively, and take initiative on assigned tasks

Nice to have

• Elementary familiarity with Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Elementary familiarity with Data Loader tools
