  • Building and maintaining positive customer and stakeholder relationships while acting as a key point of contact for service-related activities.
  • Producing service reports, dashboards and governance documentation, highlighting risks, trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Monitoring incidents, risks, problems and service issues, ensuring actions are tracked through to resolution.
  • Supporting service reviews, customer onboarding activities and continual service improvement initiatives.
  • Assisting with compliance, assurance and governance activities to ensure services remain secure, effective and audit-ready.
What you'll bring:

  • Knowledge of incident, problem and change management processes.
  • Experience producing service reports and management information.
  • Stakeholder and customer relationship management skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • ITIL Foundation certification, or a willingness to work towards achieving it.
It would be great if you had:
  • Experience within an operational IT services environment.
  • Exposure to Cyber Security services or a strong interest in developing within the Cyber Security sector.
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow or a similar IT Service Management tool.
  • Understanding of service level agreements, operational level agreements and key performance indicators.
  • Experience supporting governance, compliance or risk management activities.
  • Awareness of Security Operations Centre environments or assurance frameworks.
