Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Junior Social Media Marketer. In this position, the Social Media Marketer will develop, schedule, and publish content across multiple social media platforms to increase brand awareness and engagement. The role involves planning and executing campaigns, monitoring performance metrics, and adjusting strategies based on analytics. The Social Media Marketer will collaborate with internal stakeholders to align social media content with broader marketing and wellness program goals, respond to community interactions, and support lead generation and event promotion. This role is for Saudi nationals only

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in social media management, including content planning, posting, and community engagement on platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and TikTok.
• Skills in creating and adapting social media content (copy, graphics, short-form video) that aligns with brand voice and wellness-focused messaging.
• Ability to use social media analytics and reporting tools to track performance, derive insights, and optimize campaigns.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and consistency in brand tone.
• Capability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
• Experience or interest in wellness, mental health, corporate well-being, or education-related initiatives is beneficial.
• Confident in English written and spoken communication
