As a Junior Talent Acquisition Partner, your mission is to attract, engage, and hire talented people while creating a positive candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment journey.

How You Will Make an Impact:

• Take ownership of end-to-end recruitment activities for a dedicated business area, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, candidate communication, and participation in interviews

• Build and maintain talent pipelines and proactively engage with potential candidates through various sourcing channels

• Partner with hiring managers and support them throughout the recruitment process, sharing recruitment best practices and market insights

• Maintain recruitment data and prepare regular reports on hiring activities and progress

• Contribute to ongoing improvements of recruitment processes, tools, and candidate experience

• Support employer branding initiatives and participate in People & Culture projects across the Baltics

• Contribute to team and company performance through effective collaboration and acting with energy, enthusiasm and commitment

What Makes You a Great Fit:

• Some experience in recruitment and/or talent sourcing

• Basic understanding of recruitment and selection principles, including candidate sourcing and competence-based interviewing

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities

• Confidence working with data and Excel (e.g., pivot tables, reporting)

• Proactive attitude, curiosity, and willingness to learn

• Fluent English and Lithuanian are required in spoken and written communication due to working on Pan-Baltic level

This is a 1-year fixed-term contract with a possibility to extend the employment based on business needs and performance.
