Talenteek's client – TeamBit is the only official Platinum Atlassian Partner in Lithuania. TeamBit is a team that not only listens but truly gets clients' needs. By piecing together their varied experiences and insights, they craft bespoke solutions through Atlassian tools to make clients' goals a reality.
TeamBit is looking for a Product Owner who will take ownership of identifying which existing solutions can become scalable products, bringing them to market, and discovering new product opportunities for the Atlassian Marketplace.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Own the full product lifecycle: from discovering a real customer problem to launching a solution customers are willing to pay for.
Talk to customers, dig into their challenges and identify problems that have potential beyond a one-off solution.
Look at solutions TeamBit has already built and identify which ones could become scalable products.
Spot and validate opportunities for new products within the Atlassian ecosystem and Marketplace.
Turn customer problems and product ideas into clear requirements and priorities for the development team.
Work closely with developers throughout the entire product development cycle — from idea and validation to launch and continuous improvement.
Make product decisions and set priorities when there are more ideas than time and resources.
Own product positioning and pricing together with the team.
Bring products to market, collect customer feedback and use actual results to decide what happens next.
WHAT COMPANY IS LOOKING FOR:
2+ years experience in building B2B SaaS or marketplace products.
Strong understanding of product development principles and lifecycle. You know the difference between delivering a project and building a product.
Ability to understand the problem behind a customer's request instead of simply turning requests into features.
Strong analytical thinking and the ability to make decisions based on customer insight, data and business potential.
Confidence in prioritising and making decisions with incomplete information.
Ability to communicate equally well with customers and technical teams.
Ownership mentality — you don't wait for someone else to define the roadmap, process or next step.
Speed and flexibility without chaos — you can move fast while keeping priorities and outcomes clear.
Curiosity and willingness to quickly get deep into the Atlassian ecosystem, the customers and their businesses.
Clear, consistent communication and the ability to challenge assumptions, including your own.
Professional working proficiency in English.
NICE TO HAVE:
Experience in a startup, scale-up or another environment where things move fast and not everything comes with a predefined process.
Previous experience with Atlassian products, Marketplace apps or the wider Atlassian ecosystem.
Experience taking a product from customer discovery to launch and commercialisation.
Experience with product pricing, positioning or go-to-market.
Technical understanding that helps you have meaningful conversations with developers without trying to be one yourself.
A track record of turning recurring customer problems or custom solutions into repeatable, scalable products.
COMPANY BENEFITS:
Friendly experts in their fields with great passion for what they do!
Freedom to implement your experience and approach — drive your ideas, enjoy greater autonomy, and make a significant impact on TeamBit's growth.
Opportunity for professional growth through periodic follow-ups on personal development plans (you grow = salary grows).
Technological workshops, training, and conferences inside and outside the company.
Informal and unique working environment.
Hybrid work setup — 3 days from the office, rest working from home.
Workation and Summer camp — TeamBit's two biggest events of the year!
Team events like karting, donut degustation, escape rooms, photo trips, pet days, game nights, hackathons, online (or not) quizzes, and more.
Good deeds and social responsibility initiatives (helping those in need, donating blood, and giving back).
Focus on health and well-being: health insurance, work-life balance, and random wellness activities & challenges.
Tons of inside jokes, friendly pranks, and willingness to help colleagues.
SALARY RANGE:
EUR 3300–4600 gross, depending on your experience and competencies, plus performance-based bonuses, which will be discussed individually.
OFFICE LOCATIONS:
J. Balčikonio str. 9, Vilnius
