🕒 Schedule: Monday to Friday | EST Schedule | 44 Hours per Week

✅ Key Requirements

🔹 Fluent English & Spanish (written and spoken)

🔹 At least 1 year of experience preparing tax returns

🔹 Experience with Individual and Business Tax Returns

🔹 Experience working in an Accounting Firm or Tax Preparation Firm

🔹 Strong knowledge of tax preparation processes and tax documentation

🔹 Experience with QuickBooks and professional tax software

🔹 Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills

🔹 Ability to review financial statements and accounting records

🔹 Strong attention to detail and deadline management skills

📊 Main Responsibilities

🔹 Prepare and file Federal and State tax returns for individuals and businesses

🔹 Prepare amended returns, tax extensions, and estimated tax payments

🔹 Review tax information and identify items requiring further review

🔹 Research and resolve rejected electronic tax filings

🔹 Draft responses to IRS and State tax notices

🔹 Communicate professionally with clients via phone and email

🔹 Maintain organized electronic tax files and supporting documentation

🔹 Ensure compliance with internal quality, confidentiality, and workflow standards

🔹 Support the tax team during busy tax seasons and special projects
