Dasman Agency is hiring a Junior TikTok LIVE Talent Scout.

📍 Location: Remote — anywhere in MENA

Employment: Full-time

Level: Junior / Entry-level

We’re looking for a proactive and motivated individual to join Dasman Agency and help us discover and recruit promising TikTok LIVE creators across the Middle East and North Africa.

In this role, you’ll identify potential talent, build relationships with creators, and support their journey from initial outreach to joining our agency.

Key responsibilities:

• Scout potential creators through TikTok LIVE, creator profiles, and relevant online communities.

• Assess creators’ content, engagement, and streaming activity against the agency’s recruitment criteria.

• Contact prospective creators, introduce Dasman Agency, and explain the support we offer.

• Manage follow-ups and guide interested creators through the recruitment process.

• Coordinate with our team to support creator onboarding.

• Maintain accurate records of prospects, outreach, and recruitment progress.

• Work toward agreed scouting and recruitment targets.

• Stay informed about TikTok LIVE trends and the MENA creator community.

Requirements:

• Fluent Arabic is required; English proficiency is a plus.

• Familiarity with TikTok and its LIVE streaming community.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

• Good organizational skills and consistent follow-through.

• Ability to work independently in a full-time remote role.

• Based in the MENA region.

This is a junior position. Fresh graduates and candidates starting their careers are encouraged to apply. Previous experience in sales, outreach, customer service, or creator recruitment is an advantage, but is not required.

المهام والمسؤوليات:

• اكتشاف صنّاع محتوى محتملين من خلال بثوث TikTok LIVE وحسابات المبدعين والمجتمعات الرقمية ذات الصلة.

• تقييم المحتوى وتفاعل الجمهور ونشاط البث المباشر وفق معايير الاستقطاب لدى الوكالة.

• التواصل مع صنّاع المحتوى والتعريف بوكالة دسمان والدعم الذي تقدمه.

• متابعة المهتمين بالانضمام وتوضيح خطوات التسجيل.

• التنسيق مع الفريق لتسهيل انضمام صنّاع المحتوى إلى الوكالة.

• توثيق بيانات المرشحين ومتابعة التواصل ونتائج الاستقطاب بشكل منظم.

• العمل على تحقيق أهداف البحث والاستقطاب المتفق عليها.

• متابعة توجهات TikTok LIVE ومجتمع صنّاع المحتوى في المنطقة.

المتطلبات:

• إجادة اللغة العربية شرط أساسي، وإجادة الإنجليزية ميزة إضافية.

• الإلمام بمنصة TikTok ومجتمع البث المباشر.

• مهارات جيدة في التواصل وبناء العلاقات.

• القدرة على التنظيم والمتابعة المستمرة.

• القدرة على العمل باستقلالية وعن بُعد بدوام كامل.

• الإقامة في إحدى دول الشرق الأوسط وشمال أفريقيا.
