Junior Upwork Bidder

We’re looking for a Junior Upwork Bidder to join our team and help find relevant projects and submit targeted proposals.

Working Hours: 3:00 AM – 9:00 AM PKT

Location: Remote

Responsibilities:

Find relevant Upwork jobs and shortlist good opportunities.

Research clients and job requirements.

Write customized, high-quality proposals.

Track bids, responses, and interviews.

Continuously improve bidding based on results.

Requirements:

Basic Upwork bidding experience preferred.

Strong English communication and writing skills.

Good research and attention to detail.

Basic understanding of software terminologies is a plus.

Must be available for the 3 AM – 9 AM PKT shift.
