We are looking for enthusiastic and career-driven Junior US IT Recruiters to join our growing recruitment team. This opportunity is ideal for both fresh graduates who are passionate about building a career in US IT Recruitment and experienced recruiters with up to 2 years of hands-on experience in the US staffing industry.

Key Responsibilities

For Freshers (0 Years)

• Learn the US IT recruitment process and staffing lifecycle.
• Understand job requirements and assist in sourcing suitable candidates.
• Build candidate pipelines through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
• Screen candidate profiles and schedule interviews.
• Maintain candidate information and recruitment data in the ATS/CRM.
• Coordinate with recruiters, candidates, and internal stakeholders throughout the hiring process.
• Continuously upskill on recruitment strategies, IT technologies, and market trends.

For Experienced Candidates (1–2 Years)

• Handle end-to-end US IT recruitment from requirement gathering to candidate onboarding.
• Source candidates through Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, referrals, networking, and other sourcing platforms.
• Screen and evaluate candidates based on technical and functional requirements.
• Coordinate interviews, manage offer negotiations, and support onboarding activities.
• Work on Direct Client, MSP, and VMS requirements while ensuring timely delivery.
• Maintain recruitment data, candidate pipelines, and ATS records.
• Build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and account managers.

Required Skills

Freshers (0 Years)

• Bachelor's degree (preferred).
• Strong interest in pursuing a career in US IT Recruitment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Quick learner with a willingness to upskill.
• Good analytical and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working in the US Night Shift.
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and eager to learn.

Experienced Candidates (1–2 Years)

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in US IT Recruitment.
• Good understanding of the complete US staffing lifecycle.
• Experience sourcing candidates using Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, referrals, and networking.
• Experience in candidate screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
• Exposure to Direct Client, MSP, and VMS hiring models.
• Basic understanding of IT technologies and technical roles.
• Experience working with ATS/CRM tools.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable working in the US Night Shift.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Experience maintaining recruitment metrics and ATS data.
• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to continuously learn and grow within the recruitment domain.
