Role Description The Junior Video Editor role at MotorNation Group is a full-time, hybrid position based in Nagpur, with some flexibility for work from home. In this role, the Junior Video Editor will assist in editing automotive review videos, comparisons, and market insight content for YouTube and other digital channels. Daily responsibilities include assembling raw footage, selecting key clips, synchronizing audio, applying basic color correction, and integrating motion graphics or titles to align with brand guidelines. The Junior Video Editor will collaborate closely with the content, production, and graphics teams to ensure timely delivery of polished videos and may support on-set production tasks when needed. The role also involves maintaining organized project files, adhering to deadlines, and continuously refining editing techniques based on feedback.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess foundational skills in Video Production and Video Editing.
- Candidates should possess skills in Video Color Grading to enhance visual consistency and appeal.
- Candidates should possess skills in Motion Graphics and Graphics for titles, overlays, and visual storytelling.
- Basic proficiency in industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar) is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to follow creative briefs and brand guidelines.
- Interest in automobiles and willingness to learn about automotive trends and terminology.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment, communicate clearly, and respond constructively to feedback.
- A diploma or degree in film, media, communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is beneficial.
