Junior Virtual Software Developer

Location: 100% Remote (Candidates must be based in the Philippines) Job Type: Full-time (Starts with a 90-Day Paid Training Period) About Us: We are a US-based property management company operating with a deep commitment to Continuous Improvement and Lean principles, modeled after the Toyota Production System. We manage multiple real estate portfolios in Atlanta, GA. To keep our operations running smoothly and efficiently, we are heavily investing in technology. We are looking for a dedicated team member to join us, learn our systems, and help us scale through software and AI automation. The Role: This is a junior-level virtual position ideal for recent graduates or has an experience up to 3 years in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or IT. We know you may not have extensive work experience yet; we are looking for someone with a logical mind, a passion for coding, and a readiness to learn. You will join our team to support ongoing AI Automation projects that power our property management company. You will begin with a 90-Day Training Program , receiving a training allowance while you learn our internal systems and operations. Once trained, your primary focus will be highly hands-on: building internal websites/tools, integrating AI into our daily workflows, and turning manual Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) into fully automated tasks. Key Responsibilities: Web & Internal Tool Development: Build, maintain, and improve websites and internal web-based dashboards used by our property management team to track our Atlanta portfolios. SOP & Task Automation: Work directly with our US-based management team to understand manual Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). You will use your coding skills and automation platforms to digitize and automate these recurring tasks. AI Integration Projects: Assist in deploying and managing ongoing AI automation projects to make our data processing, tenant communication, and daily operations faster and smarter. Learning & Research (First 90 Days & Ongoing): Complete our Moodle-based training curriculum. You will be expected to continuously research new software concepts, APIs, and AI tools, applying them to our specific business bottlenecks. Problem Solving & Debugging: Help us identify technical bottlenecks in our current workflows. Research why a software issue is happening and propose/deploy logical, code-based solutions. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field. Experience: Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply, as well as developers with less than 3 years of experience. We are happy to train the right person. Technical Skills: Fundamental knowledge of web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). Familiarity with at least one backend language (e.g., Python, Node.js, PHP). Comfortable learning APIs, databases, and low-code/automation platforms (like Make, Zapier, or NocoDB). A strong interest in utilizing AI tools (OpenAI API, etc.) for business automation. Mindset: You should be curious, detail-oriented, logical, and enjoy fixing broken systems. Communication: Clear written English skills are essential for documenting your code, writing technical SOPs, and communicating with the US team. Discipline: As this is a remote role, you must be self-motivated, highly organized, and able to focus on your coding and training modules from home. Why Apply?
