Junior/Medior Technology Consultant

Then you've come to the right place at CloudBilling. We are looking for a Junior/Medior Technology Consultant who will work with us to optimize the FinOps processes at our customers. We do this by implementing our products in the organization of the customer, but also by assisting them in structuring data and optimizing work processes around the billing process.

What will you do?

The position of Junior Technology Consultant gives you the opportunity to grow as a professional by executing projects at customers and supporting customers in using our services and products. In practice, your day will consist of the following:

• Analyze and optimize: You will look at our customers' billing processes and find ways to improve them with our advanced solutions.

• Software implementation: You play a crucial role in the implementation of the CloudBilling software and lead projects at top clients such as ANS Group, Wolters Kluwer and Accenture.

• Innovation: Together with colleagues, you will develop new, innovative solutions that will allow us to serve our customers and future customers even better.

• Complex challenges: You help solve complex issues, both in the customer process and in the configuration of our products.

• Training and support: You train both new and existing customers in the effective use of our solutions and support colleagues with their projects.

• Your development: At CloudBilling, you get the space to determine your own growth path: will you specialize in certain fields or broaden your knowledge?

What do we expect of you to take on the role of consultant?

• Language skills: You are fluent in Dutch and English, both orally and in writing.

• Education: You have a completed university (master) degree, preferably in business administration, business informatics or data science.

• Work experience: You are at the beginning of your career and have up to 4 years of relevant work experience.

• Proactive attitude: You are entrepreneurial and take initiative.

• Affinity with IT: You have a strong interest in technology and IT solutions.

• Analytical skills: You have sharp analytical skills.

• Software experience: Experience with financial or billing systems and/or cloud services is a plus.

• Coding experience: Basic knowledge of programming in C#, HTML and CSS is a good addition, but not necessary.
