Junior/Mid Graphic Designer

Job description: We’re looking for a capable, hands-on Junior/Midweight Designer in-house to support our growing Marketing team. This is a hands-on remote role for a designer who is confident in the fundamentals, comfortable working at pace, and motivated by building and evolving a brand over time. This is an exciting opportunity reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, working closely alongside a Copywriter and a Marketing Executive, and collaborating closely with the Sales Department to support shared business objectives. Key responsibilities: Design and produce on-brand creative assets across digital and print channels Support campaign, event and always-on marketing activity Contribute to the development and application of Core’s visual identity across all outputs Collaborate with Marketing and Commercial teams on briefs Manage multiple projects and deadlines Prepare artwork for production and maintain asset libraries Work in conjunction with external agencies Skills & experience Proven experience in a junior design role Strong portfolio demonstrating digital-first design Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud Experience working from brand guidelines Strong organisational and communication skills We offer: Flexible remote working arrangements.
