Vanuit jouw ervaring pak jij een adviserende rol en versterk jij de kennisbank Schuldhulpverlening.
Wat ga je doen?
Je signaleert relevante ontwikkelingen rondom Schuldhulpverlening en vertaalt deze naar praktijkgerichte informatie voor onze klanten
Je deelt (juridische) kennis die gemeenten nodig hebben om hun inwoners met schulden optimaal te helpen
Je schrijft juridische teksten en praktijkgerichte informatie voor gemeenten
Je bent in staat om juridische vraagstukken van gemeenten te beantwoorden en hen te adviseren
Je denkt mee over beleid, kwaliteit en organisatorische uitdagingen binnen gemeenten
Wie ben jij?
Je bent in staat om jouw kennis helder en voor een breed publiek in begrijpelijke taal neer te zetten. Je schrijft gemakkelijk en to the point en bent geïnteresseerd in de laatste ontwikkelingen. Daarnaast ben je nauwkeurig en kun je snel structuur aanbrengen in juridische informatie. Je bent klantgericht en proactief, en komt met nieuwe ideeën en innovatievoorstellen.
Daarnaast verwachten wij:
Een afgeronde HBO/WO opleiding bij voorkeur in de richting van Nederlands recht of vergelijkbaar
Ervaring met en Schuldhulpverlening binnen de gemeentemarkt
Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om complexe juridische materie helder over te brengen
Bereidheid om zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband te werken
Wat bieden wij?
Wij bieden een uitdagende functie van 24 uur per week in een dynamische en internationale omgeving. Je ontvangt een goed salaris, een interessante winstdelingsregeling, een laptop van de zaak en een royale bijdrage aan je pensioen. De standplaats voor deze functie is Venlo, we werken de dinsdag en donderdag op kantoor en de rest van de week kun je desgewenst vanuit huis te werken.
Tot slot besteden we bij Schulinck aandacht aan persoonlijke ontwikkeling d.m.v. diverse trainingen en workshops. Bovendien krijg je een thuiswerkvergoeding, een vergoeding voor woon-werkverkeer, en apparatuur om jouw thuiskantoor te ondersteunen, zoals beeldschermen, bureau en stoel.
