Shape people priorities across an international business
Would you like to work closely with leaders across several countries while being based in Karlskrona? As HR Business Partner in NKT Grid Solutions, you will partner with hub and business leaders across our international organisation, translating business priorities into practical people and organisation actions. Based in Karlskrona, Sweden, this role combines a local workplace with an international scope and offers the opportunity to contribute to NKT’s growth journey and the green transition.
Partner with leaders across our international organisation
As HR Business Partner, you will be based in Karlskrona while partnering with leaders and management teams located in several countries. You will translate business priorities into practical people and organisation actions, coach and challenge managers, and support workforce and capability planning. The role covers both longer-term organisational priorities and day-to-day people topics, requiring close collaboration across geographical boundaries as well as with local HR, People Services, Talent Acquisition and P&C specialists.
Your responsibility will be to:
- Partner with hub and business leaders across different countries on people and organisation priorities.
- Coach managers on leadership, team effectiveness, performance, development and retention.
- Advise on organisation design, workforce planning, role clarity and capability needs.
- Manage and follow up annual people processes, including performance, talent, succession and engagement actions.
- Support organisational change and coordinate employee matters with Country HR and relevant P&C teams.
Experienced HR business partner with a pragmatic business perspective
You build trust through sound judgement, constructive dialogue and a practical approach. You are comfortable challenging managers while recognising that ownership of people topics sits with the business. You enjoy working across different countries, business areas and management levels and can move naturally between organisational priorities and immediate business needs. Structured and accountable, you follow matters through and translate discussions into clear actions.
You also have:
- A relevant university degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent experience.
- 7–10 years of progressive HR experience, including experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar business-facing role.
- Experience supporting managers and management teams in a complex organisation.
- Experience with organisation change, workforce planning, performance and talent management.
- Experience working across countries and within a matrix organisation.
- Fluent in Swedish and English
Experience from an industrial, engineering, project-based or operational environment is an advantage.
