Learn more at kean.bbf.com Job location: Limassol, Cyprus Main tasks and responsibilities: Shape and execute the full marketing strategy for KEAN – from brand positioning to campaign delivery. Lead the creative direction for branding, storytelling, and visual identity across all materials. Handle media relations, partnerships, and PR presence locally and internationally. Oversee all marketing channels: digital, social, print, PR, and events. Coordinate marketing budgets, timelines, and performance reports. Partner with sales and leadership to align marketing with business goals and revenue targets. Champion innovation : explore fresh ideas, speak to authenticity, and set collaborations that elevate the project’s market presence. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (Master’s preferred). 6+ years of experience leading marketing in real estate, luxury, or hospitality sectors. Proven record of building brands that resonate emotionally and commercially. Strategic thinker with creative instinct and operational discipline.
