This is a remote position.

Job Description:


We are seeking an experienced Ketryx Implementation Project Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of Ketryx implementation initiatives within a regulated product development environment. The successful candidate will manage the full implementation lifecycle, including requirements gathering, project planning, Ketryx configuration and workflow coordination, integrations, data migration, testing, UAT, deployment, and post-go-live support. This role will work closely with Product, Engineering, Quality, Regulatory, and business stakeholders to ensure successful adoption and timely delivery. Responsibilities include managing project scope, schedules, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests; coordinating cross-functional teams and implementation activities; supporting user training and documentation; and ensuring project deliverables meet business and compliance requirements. Experience working with Ketryx and in regulated industries such as medical devices, life sciences, or healthcare is highly preferred, along with strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Agile/Scrum project management experience
  • Experience working with Product, Engineering, Quality, and Regulatory teams
