We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Key Account Manager to strengthen and grow our strategic customer relationships in Sweden. This is an opportunity to play a key role in developing national accounts, executing commercial strategies, and contributing directly to the continued growth of Accell Group. What’s the job all about? With the continued growth and development of Accell Group in the Nordic market, the position of Key Account Manager is an important commercial role within our Sales organization. This role is responsible for managing strategic national accounts, developing long-term customer partnerships, and delivering sustainable sales growth across multiple product categories. You will work closely with both external customers and internal stakeholders to ensure commercial plans are successfully executed while maintaining a strong customer experience. The role combines strategic account management with hands-on coordination across multiple business functions. The ideal candidate is commercially minded, relationship-oriented, and comfortable operating in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. What will your day-to-day responsibilities involve? • Develop and execute Joint Business Plans (JBP) with key national accounts, including sales targets, marketing investments, and performance scorecards. • Lead annual negotiations regarding trade terms, rebates, returns, and promotional agreements. • Build long-term strategic partnerships that support profitable and sustainable business growth. • Maintain strong relationships with buying, marketing, and operational stakeholders within key accounts. • Act as the primary commercial contact for customers, ensuring alignment between customer needs and Accell Group strategy. • Translate customer feedback into actionable initiatives that improve service levels and commercial execution. • Coordinate closely with Trade Marketing, Logistics, IT, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and Finance teams to ensure successful execution of commercial plans. • Oversee the delivery of key commercial initiatives such as product launches, campaigns, promotions, and IT integrations. • Support the implementation and execution of omnichannel activities and customer campaigns. • Monitor account performance against KPIs including sales, margins, ROI, inventory turnover, and trade terms. • Analyze customer and market data to identify trends, risks, and business opportunities, and recommend corrective actions where needed. • Provide regular account performance updates and commercial insights to Sales leadership. • Identify opportunities to expand business within existing key accounts through category growth, assortment development, and merchandising initiatives. • Represent Accell Group during customer meetings, business reviews, and industry events in alignment with local leadership. • Ensure brand guidelines and commercial identity standards are consistently implemented both in-store and online. Who are we looking for? • We’re looking for a commercially driven and hands-on sales professional who enjoys building partnerships and delivering results in a fast-moving environment. You are proactive, customer-focused, and able to manage multiple stakeholders effectively. • Master’s degree, Bachelor’s degree (HBO), or equivalent professional experience in Business, Sales, Commercial Management, or a related field. • At least 5 years of experience in Key Account Management, Account Management, or commercial sales roles. • Strong experience managing strategic customer relationships and national accounts. • Demonstrated ability to develop business plans and deliver against commercial targets. • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Experience coordinating with multiple internal stakeholders across commercial and operational functions. • Good understanding of CRM systems, IT tools, and online sales environments. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to maintain a broad commercial overview. • Results-driven mindset with a proactive and ownership-oriented approach. • Flexible and comfortable working in a dynamic commercial environment with regular travel requirements. • Team-oriented mindset aligned with Accell Group’s “Riding together to win” culture. • Fluent Swedish and English language skills, both written and spoken. • Experience within bike/bicycle products, sporting goods, consumer goods, retail, or related industries is considered an advantage.
