Key Account Manager

The mission

As a Key Account Manager, you will play a central role in winning and growing relationships with corporate clients. You will identify new opportunities, develop existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling, and shape tailored solutions for each company’s needs. This role suits someone who enjoys building long-term trust with decision makers and working closely with colleagues to deliver a strong client experience.

• Continue fine tuning the Up experience: imagine and share ideas, implement them!
• Identify new business opportunities and provide an unrivaled customer experience.

What you’ll be Up to

• Present, promote, and sell Up’s solutions to companies.
• Establish, develop, and maintain professional relations with decision makers.
• Develop creative solutions based on clients’ needs and problems.
• Cross-sell and upsell our solutions and services.

The essentials

• Minimum 3 years of solid commercial experience in a B2B Sales role in the Services Sector.
• Customer-oriented way of thinking with proven ability to respond quickly and efficiently.
• Excellent communication, networking, and negotiation skills, ability to “open doors”, and plan ahead.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with a customer-first mindset.
• Team-player attitude.
• Fluency in Greek.

The nice-to-haves

• BSc in Business Administration.
• Familiarity with CRM tools, including Microsoft Dynamics.
• English is highly preferable.
