Key Responsibilities Building and managing relationships with distributors, formulating and executing sales strategies product promotion through regular communication with end users, Understanding needs and making proposals Analysis of market trends and competitive information, proposals for pricing strategies Formulate and execute annual sales plans and achieve sales targets Developing new business and maintaining market share of existing customers Collaboration with relevant internal departments (marketing, technology, supply chain) Guidance and training for junior sales representatives Record and report sales activities to CRM systems Eligibility Prerequisites B2B sales experience, sales model experience via agents Sales or technical experience in power equipment (transformers, motors), industrial equipment manufacturers, electrical insulation materials, and textile and nonwovens related products Native Japanese level, English business level (able to speak and negotiate at meetings) High ethics, safety awareness, and commitment to sustainability The ability to proceed with work autonomously, and the attitude to commit to achieving goals in a result-oriented manner Flexible communication skills in a multicultural environment, advanced negotiation skills (complex contract negotiations, value maximization), business documentation (proposals using customer insights, ability to break down complex issues) Frequency of business trips and outings: Approximately 70% Preferable Degree in a relevant field (electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, materials engineering, chemical engineering, applied chemistry, physical engineering) Textile/apparel universities are allowed (apparel is not allowed) Master's degree holders welcome (especially in materials and electrical-related fields).
