Key Account Manager - Central and Northeastern Europe

As an Key Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in achieving sales targets by assisting customers and dealers. You will provide intelligent, effective solutions for poultry housing, egg handling, and climate control, always collaborating with customers to find the best fit.

YOUR CAREER 🚀 What you will do

• Build and grow relationships with new and existing key (egg) producers across Central and Northeastern Europe;

• Stay closely aligned with customers on their operations, strategy, and future plans;

• Translate customer needs into clear commercial proposals, system solutions, and implementation plans;

• Negotiate and secure contracts, working closely with the Vencomatic Group projects team to turn deals into successful projects;

• Strengthen and align with our dealer network to ensure strong service and support coverage;

• Represent Vencomatic Group at trade shows and industry events.

YOUR TALENTS 🌟 What you bring to the table

• Commercial drive and strong communication skills in English (Polish communication skills are a plus);

• Experience in agro-industry or technical sales (poultry knowledge is a plus);

• Comfortable managing longer sales cycles and closing solid agreements;

• Practical, hands-on mindset with a focus on long-term partnerships;

• Team player who fits well in a down-to-earth, no-nonsense environment.
