Commercial Performance & Team Leadership

  • Take accountability for individual and team sales targets, revenue growth and account performance.
  • Provide market intelligence and customer insights to support service innovation and competitive positioning.
  • Lead, coach and develop team members to deliver outstanding customer outcomes.
  • Foster a collaborative, high-performing culture focused on commercial success and service excellence.

About You

We're looking for a commercially driven relationship manager who can operate confidently at a senior level, navigate complex customer environments and identify opportunities for sustainable growth.

To be successful, you'll bring:

  • Strong commercial acumen with a demonstrated ability to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Experience building and influencing relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation and communication skills.
  • The ability to manage complex customer relationships and work effectively across multiple business functions.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.

Highly Regarded:

  • Experience working with Coles, Woolworths or other major FMCG retailers.
  • Knowledge of food safety, supplier assurance, sustainability or retail compliance programs.

  • Familiarity with RTO training processes, course development or learning delivery requirements.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Food Science, Supply Chain, Quality Assurance or a related discipline.
