Key Account Manager – Data Centre EPC Projects

RNDV Group is expanding its electrical installation business within the European Data Centre and EPC market. We are looking for an experienced Key Account Manager who understands the Data Centre industry and can build long-term relationships with major contractors, EPC/MEP companies, consultants, developers and other key stakeholders across the project lifecycle.

This is not a traditional sales role. You will take ownership of strategic accounts and be responsible for identifying, developing and converting new opportunities, while working closely with our engineering, estimating, procurement and project delivery teams.

We are looking for a commercially strong person who understands how complex Data Centre projects are developed, tendered and delivered - from early project development and engineering through procurement, installation, testing and commissioning.

WE HOPE YOU FIND IT INTERESTING:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with General Contractors, EPC/MEP contractors, developers, consultants and other strategic customers across the Data Centre and EPC ecosystem
• Identify upcoming Data Centre projects and develop opportunities from early stage through tender and contract award
• Identify decision-makers and influencers within target accounts and develop multi-level customer relationships
• Understand customer requirements and translate them into commercially viable RNDV Group solutions
• Lead commercial discussions, negotiations, contract development & lessons learned sessions with customers and partners
• Develop account strategies, sales pipelines and long-term growth plans for strategic customers
• Monitor upcoming Data Centre investments, tender opportunities, market trends and competitor activity
• Represent RNDV Group at Data Centre, construction and engineering industry events, exhibitions and conferences.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• 5+ years of experience in Key Account Management, Business Development, Sales, Commercial Management or a similar customer-facing role
• Proven experience & strong understanding within the Data Centre, EPC, MEP, electrical contracting projects
• Experience working with or selling into large Data Centre contractors, EPC/MEP companies, hyperscalers, developers, consultants or other major industry players
• Experience with complex, high-value projects (€5M+ projects)
• Ability to understand technical project requirements and convert them into a commercial opportunity
• Strong commercial awareness and understanding of project costs, margins, risks, contracts and negotiations
• Proven ability to develop relationships at different levels, from project and procurement teams to senior management
• International mindset and willingness to travel frequently across Europe.

Annual salary: €70,000–€85,000 gross + performance bonus
