Keynote Presentation Designer Bring live events to life at ITP Media Group by designing dynamic Keynote presentations, immersive visuals and seamless show content for leading business and consumer experiences. About the Role ITP Media Group is looking for a highly creative Keynote Presentation Designer (freelance) to bring ideas to life through creative content and visuals, supporting the Dubai based events team across both Business and Consumer departments. The ideal candidate will have advanced Apple Keynote (Mac) skills, a strong eye for design and a solid understanding of live event production, show flow and AV requirements. Key Responsibilities Develop high-impact Apple Keynote presentations for awards, conferences, panels and live events. Create engaging slide layouts, animations, transitions, builds and motion effects for award and conference content, including winner reveals, speaker introductions, agendas, panel visuals and session transitions. Develop branded screen content, including logo loops, sponsor loops and holding screens. Integrate and manage high-resolution images, videos, reels, sponsor content and animations. Ensure sponsor and partner branding is accurately and consistently represented. Optimise presentations for LED screens and different screen formats. Prepare and test presentations for live events, including media playback, rehearsals and technical checks. Work closely with event, production, editorial, commercial and AV teams to ensure smooth delivery. Manage multiple projects, deadlines, revisions and live-event changes in a fast-paced environment. Skills & Experience Advanced skills in Apple Keynote on Mac. Experience creating presentations for live events, awards or conferences. Strong understanding of animation, transitions, multimedia and visual storytelling. Experience working with live event production and AV teams. Familiarity with LED screens, resolutions and different screen formats. Strong attention to detail. Able to work under pressure and handle last-minute changes. Excellent communication, teamwork and time-management skills. 2+ years’ experience in presentation design, events, marketing, creative or a related field.
