Salted is hiring a Kitchen Success Manager to be the operational heartbeat of the company. This person will bring structure to fast-moving priorities, enable collaboration across teams, and ensure the organization executes with clarity.

We’re looking for someone who excels in unstructured environments and has a history of strong performance in the QSR, restaurant or retail space, with a particular focus on working between corporate initiatives and field teams.

What You’ll Do

  • Own cross-functional initiatives by leading coordination and accountability across operations, supply chain, culinary, and CX.
  • Roll out operational improvements that make our kitchens more reliable, efficient, and well-supported.
  • Be the eyes, ears, and voice that ensures top performance across our national kitchen footprint.
  • Drive adoption for new processes and tools through documentation, clear communication, and consistent follow-up.
  • Contribute to the overall strategic roadmap and cultural growth of the company.

Salary Range: $120k – $160k/year
