About the Role:
We’re looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented
CRM Automation & Conversion API Specialist
to join our team. If you live and breathe workflows, thrive in Go High Level, and speak Zapier like a second language, this is for you. You’ll play a critical role in designing and executing automated pipelines, CRM workflows, and Conversion API setups across multiple platforms to support growth-focused marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Build & Maintain Pipelines:
Design and implement high-converting lead pipelines and workflows inside
Go High Level (GHL)
, including automations for appointment scheduling, lead nurturing, and deal tracking.
Automation & Integration:
Set up, manage, and troubleshoot multi-step automations using
Zapier
,
Make (Integromat)
, and
webhooks
to streamline processes across tools like Slack, Airtable, ClickFunnels, Shopify, Meta, Google Ads, and others.
Conversion API Implementation:
Install and optimize
Meta Conversion API
,
TikTok Events API
, and other server-side tracking tools using platforms like Google Tag Manager or direct integrations to improve attribution and data accuracy.
Testing & Optimization:
QA all automations to ensure flawless execution. Continuously monitor and optimize for efficiency and lead quality.
Documentation & SOPs:
Create detailed documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for automation flows and API integrations.
Requirements:
Proven experience building automations in
Go High Level
, including CRM, campaigns, workflows, and pipelines
Expert-level knowledge of
Zapier
and third-party API integrations
Strong understanding of
server-side tracking
and implementation of
Meta’s Conversion API
, TikTok Events API, Google Enhanced Conversions, etc.
Familiarity with tools like
GTM, Webhooks, Calendly, Slack, Stripe, ClickFunnels, Kajabi, Shopify
Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and QA automation issues independently
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Bonus: Experience with
custom JavaScript
