Role Overview We are seeking a Paid Ads + Hyros Tracking Specialist to ensure accurate and effective tracking of conversions across ad platforms using Hyros. You’ll work closely with our media buying and tech teams to connect data pipelines, optimize tracking setups, and troubleshoot discrepancies. Key Responsibilities Set up and configure Hyros tracking across Facebook, TikTok, Google, and YouTube Ads Implement and manage conversion APIs , webhooks , and server-side tracking integrations Ensure data accuracy across ad platforms, CRMs, and checkout pages Map customer journeys from ad click to sale, with full attribution visibility Collaborate with media buyers to align tracking goals with campaign strategy Audit current Hyros setup and recommend improvements to increase reporting precision Troubleshoot misfiring tags, misattribution, or pixel/server inconsistencies Generate tracking documentation for internal use Ideal Candidate Strong experience with Hyros and tracking implementation Proficient in Facebook Conversion API , TikTok Events API , Google Tag Manager , and webhooks Familiarity with ClickFunnels, Shopify, Kajabi , or similar platforms Able to work with GoHighLevel , Zapier , and/or Make (Integromat) for automation Attention to detail and ability to identify data gaps or anomalies Tech-savvy, self-managed, and proactive in identifying issues before they arise Bonus Skills (Not Required but Preferred): Experience setting up multi-touch attribution models Knowledge of GDPR/CCPA-compliant tracking practices API integration experience beyond standard platforms What We Provide: Clear access to CRM, ad accounts, and developer support Flexible hours and remote work environment Opportunity for ongoing collaboration on multiple client accounts
