Represent Kognitiv Academy in your network and help more people discover practical learning. This optional ambassador programme is designed for enthusiastic connectors and advocates, not as a salaried vacancy or an obligation to provide fixed hours of work.

What ambassadors can do

• Share authentic information about Kognitiv Academy and relevant courses with personal and professional networks.

• Refer eligible new learners, faculty, companies or partners through approved tracking methods.

• Participate voluntarily in launches, community meet-ups and ambassador activations.

• Gather constructive feedback and introduce local learning communities where appropriate.

• Act respectfully and transparently when representing the Academy.

Rewards and recognition

• Commission on qualifying, tracked referrals subject to an agreed programme schedule and validation rules.

• Bonus Koins for eligible learning activities, milestones and campaigns; Koins are learning benefits subject to platform terms, not cash salary.

• Potential recognition, event access, special learning opportunities and other published rewards.

• Actual commission percentages, eligibility, payment thresholds and Koin awards will be disclosed before participation.
