We’re committed to nurturing your growth and empowering you to make a meaningful impact through: Rotational Assignments: Explore a variety of engineering roles, including New Product Development, Current Product Development, and other areas across multiple product categories. Comprehensive Training: Participate in robust technical and leadership training. What We’re Looking For:Innovative thinkers with strong creative problem-solving skills, eager to design cost-effective and functional products that embody our brand values.Collaborative individuals who work effectively within cross-functional teams—spanning marketing, program management, industrial design, and manufacturing operations—to deliver projects on time and within budget.Passion for innovation and a drive to identify opportunities that lead to transformative product solutions.Broad knowledge of materials and manufacturing processes such as casting, forging, stamping, injection molding, welding, tube bending, and hydroforming.Ability to contribute within a diverse, global engineering organization, leveraging the collective expertise of the team.Your Key Responsibilities:CreateCollaborate with Product Marketing and Industrial Design to define product specifications using consumer research, market data, and feedback from sales teams.Analyze competitive products and warranty data to benchmark and inform new design approaches.Conduct high-level feasibility assessments of initial product concepts.RefineDevelop and refine product concepts using 3D modeling software (Creo), FEA, and CFD tools.Utilize our advanced prototyping and test lab facilities to create and validate physical prototypes.Apply tools such as DFMEA and design critiques to proactively address and mitigate potential failure modes.Partner with internal manufacturing teams and external suppliers to optimize cost, performance, quality, and timing.ImplementPerform engineering calculations, tolerance analysis, and develop detailed technical drawings incorporating engineering standards and GD&T.Optimize designs for manufacturing efficiency and reliability using DfM principles.Ensure regulatory compliance by developing thorough test plans for product verification.Support manufacturing ramp-up by providing hands-on assistance during pre-production builds. The actual base salary offered to a candidate may be higher than the approved range. This will vary depending on a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. In addition, this position is eligible for a performance bonus and a special project incentive.
