KOL Executive

Position Overview:
We are looking for an energetic KOL Executive to manage and grow our affiliate network. This role will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, onboarding, and managing affiliate partners to drive traffic and sales for our brand partners. The ideal candidate will have a passion for social media, experience in affiliate marketing, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, digital environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Affiliate Recruitment: Identify and recruit new affiliate partners, influencers, and content creators to join our affiliate program.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliates, ensuring they are supported and motivated to promote our brand partners effectively.
• Performance Monitoring: Track affiliate performance metrics (clicks, sales, conversion rates), providing regular reports and insights to the team and partners.
• Content Coordination: Work closely with the content team to ensure affiliates have access to up-to-date marketing materials, product information, and promotional assets.
• Campaign Coordination: Collaborate with brand managers to create and execute affiliate campaigns, driving targeted traffic and sales.
• Market Research: Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities best practices to continuously optimize affiliate strategies.
• Event Management: Represent the brand at creator events, prepare booth presentations, engage with creators, and manage post-event follow-ups.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcomed.
• 0-3 years of experience in affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of social commerce platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain partnerships.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to track KPIs and derive actionable insights.
• Fluent in Thai; proficiency in English is a plus.
