Follwr helps creators earn through subscriptions, digital products, content, tips, and direct community engagement.

Role Description:

The KOL Specialist is a freelance remote role responsible for sourcing, identifying, engaging, and managing relationships with key opinion leaders, influencers, and mega creators. This role includes sourcing and qualifying KOLs, conducting outreach campaigns, and presenting the benefits of Follwr’s platform to drive onboarding and partnerships and handle creator onboarding end-to-end. Along with their success on the platform. The role requires consistent communication with KOLs, maintaining organized records of interactions, and delivering clear reports on outcomes and opportunities.

Pay: 2,000 MYR Per Month + Commission for each creator signup.

Contacting 80-120 KOL's per day in Malaysia and Singapore

• Experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, creator acquisition or community management, with a strong understanding of the creator economy and social platforms.
• Skills in relationship building, and negotiation to develop and maintain long-term KOL and creator partnerships.
• An established network with key and high-end KOLs and management agencies
• 3-5 years experience as a KOL Specialist.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to craft compelling outreach messages and present ideas clearly.
• Organizational and project management skills to handle multiple initiatives, deadlines, and stakeholder expectations in a remote environment.
• Comfort with remote work tools and digital collaboration platforms; ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced setting.
• Prior experience in startups, SaaS, or digital platforms is beneficial; familiarity with subscription models and digital products is a plus.

Pay: 2,000 MYR Per Month + Commission for each creator signup.
