Use this internal referral form to recommend a candidate for an available position. Enter the candidate’s information, select the suggested vacancy, and include your details as the referring employee. Our Recruitment Team will review the referral and assess the candidate’s suitability for the role.

Requirements

• Provide the candidate’s full name, email address, and phone number, including country code.
• Select the vacancy you recommend the candidate for.
• Provide your full name and corporate email address so we can identify you as the referring employee.
• Confirm that the candidate has agreed to share their information with KonnectCX for recruitment purposes.

Responsibilities
As the referring employee, please provide accurate contact information, review the basic requirements of the selected vacancy, and let the candidate know that our Recruitment Team may contact them.

Nice to have

• An updated candidate resume.
• A brief explanation of why you recommend the candidate.
• Relevant information about their experience, language skills, or availability.

Working conditions
This form is intended for employee referrals. Employment type, location eligibility, schedule, compensation, training, and other conditions depend on the selected vacancy.

Submitting a referral does not guarantee an interview or employment. All referred candidates will be evaluated through the applicable recruitment process.
