Position Details

Location: Remote

Employment Type: Full-Time

You'll work directly with Korean parents who are exploring English learning options for their children. From the initial conversation through enrollment, you'll help families understand what Nao Now offers and determine whether our programs are a good fit for their needs.

Your Day-to-Day

• Connect with new Korean-speaking leads through phone, messaging, and other channels.
• Speak with parents about their children's English learning goals and expectations.
• Introduce Nao Now's programs and explain the learning experience clearly.
• Respond to questions and provide helpful information about our services.
• Follow up with families who have expressed interest.
• Maintain accurate lead and customer information in our CRM.
• Keep track of conversations, follow-ups, and enrollment progress.
• Work with the wider team to support customer growth and enrollment.
• Share useful feedback from families to help improve the customer experience.

We're Looking For Someone Who

• Speaks Korean fluently and communicates confidently in English.
• Enjoys interacting with customers and building genuine relationships.
• Can communicate clearly and professionally with parents.
• Has previous experience in sales, customer service, admissions, recruitment, or a similar field.
• Is organized and consistent with follow-ups.
• Is comfortable using CRM systems and online communication platforms.
• Takes initiative and can manage their work independently.
• Is interested in education and enjoys helping families find useful opportunities for their children.

Your Background May Include

Experience in any of the following is a plus:

• Education or EdTech
• B2C sales
• Customer success or client relations
• Admissions or enrollment
• Korean customer support
• Children's or family-focused services
• Lead management and CRM platforms
