Roles and Responsibilities Candidates will have to remotely support their clients IT infrastructure - Microsoft 365 Emails, Microsoft Teams, Sharepoint Online, OneDrive, Manage and Maintain on prem / Cloud Domain Controllers, File and Application Servers, Antivirus / Security, Firewalls, Local Wired / Wireless Networks, Server / Data Backups and Recovery. Candidates will be required to document their Clients IT infrastructure accurately. Candidates will be incharge of suggesting upgrades to latest technologies to help their clients modernise, scale and grow. Candidate must be fluent in English - Verbal and Email Communication. Candidates will be WORKING from HOME and will be remotely resolving their clients IT issues as per agreed SLA. Candidate should be proactive and quick learner and open to learning new IT skills. Requirements Technical Experience: Desktop Support : Windows 8 to Windows 11. Apple MAC OSX latest versions (Must Have) Server Support: Windows Server 2008 to 2022.
