About the role The RUN team is responsible for maintaining the operational and security conditions (MCO/MCS) of cybersecurity solutions deployed across more than 220 industrial sites globally for our Customer . Our mission is to ensure continuous, reliable, and secure service delivery aligned with defined SLAs. Interlock: Daily collaboration with Level 3 engineers and the team manager. Interface with deployment teams, and cyber operations. Coordination with the Customer incident and change management stakeholders. Roles and Responsibilities: Monitor IT and security systems to ensure optimal performance and uptime. Analyze and resolve incidents escalated from Level 1 with moderate complexity. Execute changes on managed technologies (as part of change management). Update technical documentation and operational procedures. Participate in preventive maintenance and system updates. Collaborate with N3 Engineers on complex investigations and remediation actions. Communicate effectively with internal and customer teams in both English and French (B2 level). Required Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field. Experience: 2+ years in IT/security operations or system administration. Coverage: 8am-7pm 5 days a week on French and Belgian working daysStandby arrangement for major events (GOLD level services only) About you Certifications/Skills (at least some of the following): Trellix ePO (AV)Microsoft Defender (XDR) / WSUS / Print Services (MCSA 70-411 or equivalent) > Windows ServerWallix (Remote Access &PAM)Cybereason (EDR)Zscaler (Branch Connector - SDWAN) ,ZIA and ZPA is a plus F5 (WAF and LTM)Infoblox (NTP)System administration (Windows and Linux)Syncovery (backup), Silversield (data transfer), SIOTH (orchestrator), Qlikview (Reporting/dashboard)Silversield (data transfer)AWS Terraform Languages:French: Minimum B2 level (spoken) – required for internal coordination and meetings English: Strong written and spoken skills required – equivalent to B2 or higher You bring a can-do attitude, tackle challenges head-on and challenge the status quo with new and innovative ideas.
